Redline Review Tool

Our new Redline Review Tool integrates real lawyer knowledge directly into your contract review workflow:

Intelligent Contract Redlining: Automatically redline incoming contracts against proven legal standards and real lawyer expertise.
Custom Playbooks: Create, manage, and enforce your own organisation-specific negotiation rules, preferred terms, and standard fallbacks.
Contract Querying: Ask direct questions and query entire contracts to quickly pinpoint key terms, deviations, liabilities, and specific risk areas.
One-Click Clause Modifications: Instantly insert accepted clause revisions and amendments into your documents with a single click.

Platform & Performance Improvements

Full Backend Refactor: Comprehensive architectural enhancements across the platform significantly reduce load times and deliver a smoother, faster user experience.
New API Layer: A modernised API infrastructure deployed in preparation for upcoming third-party integrations.
In-App Subscription Management: Manage billing, plan tiers, and team subscriptions directly from your account settings without leaving the application.

Workflow Enhancements

Streamlined Contract Uploads: An updated upload interface simplifies the onboarding of documents, allowing you to start reviews faster.
Draft Deletion: You can now delete unwanted draft contracts directly from your dashboard to maintain an organized workspace.

Maintenance & Support

Release Deployment Window: 26 August at 16:00 BST (2 hours scheduled downtime).
Feedback & Issue Reporting: If you encounter any bugs, display issues, or unexpected behaviour following the update, please report them to our support team with full details so we can investigate promptly.
