New contract types

Short MSA (UK only)

The Short Form MSA is now available for UK users.

It is a more concise version of the Long Form MSA, using the same core clause numbering, definitions, clause order and commercial mechanics. It is intended as the default option for standard Managed Services and/or Professional Services engagements.

The Short Form MSA can include schedules for Goods, Microsoft NCE/CSP subscriptions, telephony and internet services, cyber security services, and AI services where those services are in scope. It does not include Device as a Service or Managed Print schedules. For agreements involving either of these services, use the Long Form MSA.

Bring Your Own Device Policy (BYOD)

A new Bring Your Own Device Policy template is now available.

This policy sets the rules for staff using personal phones and laptops for work: device approval, monitoring and remote wipe rights, security requirements, and what has to happen to company data on the day someone leaves.

Bug fixes and improvements

Suggested-change edit preview — pending deployment

We have addressed an issue where manually updating the text in a suggested change and selecting Save did not update the contract preview. Once deployed, saved edits will be reflected in the preview.

Contract PDF endpoint

A new endpoint is available:

/api/{version}/contracts/{contractId}/pdf

The endpoint returns a Base64 string of the contract PDF and does not require authentication, allowing external users to view the contract document.

Duplicate template display

We have addressed an issue that could cause a user’s template to display twice. The issue occurred when a new questionnaire version was created between migration runs.
